Răzvan is an experienced HR professional who has lead various HR teams across Europe. He has 10+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans from supporting start-ups, managing change in transforming operations and defining human capital solutions in well established organisations. He started his career building the Learning and Development team in Hewlett-Packard, then moved to HR generalist role in Vodafone and after that for 8 years had regional and global leadership roles in British Council; Now he leads the Eastern Europe Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team in Louis Berger International and supports Xoomworks Ltd operations in Cluj as executive coach.
He has extensive hands-on experience in designing and leading HR initiatives including Talent Management & Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Process Improvement.

With a passion for people development he supported with agility various organisations building their Human Capital strategy and positioned HR as a key business enabler and partner. He is also a volunteer mentor in Cherie Blair Mentoring for Women foundation.
