Software Group Leader, Preh
I have graduated faculty of Automatics and Computer science in 2007 and since then I developed my career in embedded world — first as a software developer and later as leader of several teams. This career path helped me to learn a lot of new things, from different products and technologies and to interact with people from different cultures.
I always thought that it is important to find a job you like to do. This is because work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you are passionate about.
During the last 13 years, I’ve learned that people appraise you based on your results and commitments, so focus on the outcome and keep your promises.
Try to find a great team with which you can solve challenging problems together. The bond that you build with each other is real and will help you enhance your skill set.
This will help you tackle more interesting topics, support you to build a clear rising career path and create an enjoyable workplace.
