Hello there,

I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager that thrives on helping others and I am passionate about growing teams and dreams.

After earning my degree in Human Resources, I entered the IT world to explore my passion for people, data, and information.

Currently, I work as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Amber, where I’m focused on planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

In almost 5 years into the shoes of a manager, I’ve been able to gain experience in:

  • Creating teams from scratch (locally but also globally), not only to create them but also to grow skills and capabilities and make the team achieve the maximum potential.
  • Increase team performance to achieve results.
  • Building rock-solid relations with key stakeholders in organizations
  • Creating good Talent Management strategies (growing from 184 to over 800 in 3 years in the actual company)

In my opinion, a manager’s job is to continually aim for better and better outcomes for their team but also for them.

 If my team is not happy or not producing good work, then I am not doing a good job. As a manager, I have three major levers for better outcomes :

  1. people—hiring, coaching, and matching the right person with the right role;
  2. purpose—clarity on what success looks like;
  3. process—clarity on how to best work together.
